The Learning Tree is based on child -oriented Philosophy and play based curriculum. As an Early Childhood Educator, we are committed to providing quality developmental care and education for each child in our program. We recognize and respect each child's uniqueness and potential. Therefore, accepting all children regardless of race, gender, and background or belief system. We will create and maintain a safe, healthy setting that supports the positive growth of children. we will also provide an inclusive program attentive to individual and group needs. We will develop relationships of mutual trust with the families we serve so that parents feel comfortable leaving their children in our care. We will collaborate with families in all decisions concerning their child. We are looking forward to the positive changes and growth in our field and will continue to demonstrate quality care and education for all children.
